This page explains how to request deletion of data that PageSparx, Inc. may hold as a result of your authorization of the PageSparx Legal Publisher application or another PageSparx application that connects to Meta products such as Facebook or Instagram.
If the PageSparx product you use provides a Disconnect or Revoke Access control, you may use that control to end the PageSparx connection to the applicable Facebook or Instagram account. You may also revoke the PageSparx application's access from your Meta account settings.
Revoking access prevents PageSparx from continuing to use that authorization. Because revocation and data deletion are separate processes, you should also submit a deletion request if you want PageSparx to remove information previously stored in connection with that authorization.
To request deletion, contact PageSparx and identify the business, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other connected account associated with your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other authentication secrets.
You may submit a request to PageSparx, Inc. at 302 Washington St #150-5689, San Diego, CA 92103, or by telephone at (760) 444-0557. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request before deleting information associated with a business account.
After a valid request is verified, PageSparx will delete or de-identify information associated with the applicable Meta authorization that is no longer needed to provide services or satisfy legitimate legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping requirements. This may include stored access tokens or authorization credentials, connected Page or professional-account identifiers, cached account details, and integration-specific records that are not required to be retained.
Content that was already published to Facebook, Instagram, a website, or another destination may remain on that destination until it is separately removed there. Deleting PageSparx-held integration data does not automatically delete content from a third-party platform unless PageSparx specifically performs that deletion while valid authorization still exists.
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law and platform requirements. Some limited information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
You may also use Facebook or Instagram account settings to review or remove apps and business integrations that you previously authorized. Removing the PageSparx application through Meta ends the platform authorization but does not necessarily remove information already stored by PageSparx. Use the deletion-request process above if you also want PageSparx-held data removed.
